Restoring balance through natural therapy

Reflexology

Reflexology

A Window Into Your Whole Body Health

Sole Therapy Fort Collins Colorado Reflexology.jpeg

Reflexology is a gentle, yet powerful therapy based on the understanding that specific points on the feet reflect organs, glands, and systems throughout the body. By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, we can support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote healing.

How Reflexology Relates to the Whole Body

Your feet act as a map of your internal environment. Each area corresponds to a different body system—digestive, hormonal, lymphatic, nervous, and more.

Your feet are a mirror of your body’s internal environment. Subtle changes in the feet—such

  • temperature

  • Texture

  •  tenderness,

  • color

  • swelling

  •  dryness—can be early signals that your body is under stress or struggling to maintain balance.

When I work on your feet, I’m not just providing a soothing experience. I’m also observing every inch of your feet, feeling for congestions and areas of sensitivity.

These signals give insight into how your body is functioning beneath the surface.

A Mirror Into Your Body

Did you know that when there is imbalance in the body, the feet often show it first?

For example, through my clinical experience and educational work, certain patterns in the feet may be associated with:

  • Tingling, numbness, or burning sensations → may reflect stress on the nervous system and possible nutrient depletion

  • Cracked heels or very dry skin → may point to deeper imbalances involving digestion, fats, or nutrient absorption

  • Foot cramps, especially at night → often connected to hydration and mineral balance

  • Swelling in the feet → can be linked to blood sugar stress or liver congestion

  • Discoloration of nails or fungal patterns → may reflect digestive imbalance or gut health concerns

  • Itchy feet or skin irritation → can be associated with liver sluggishness or detoxification pathways

These are not diagnoses—but they are valuable clues.

Your body is always communicating. Reflexology helps us hear it.

Where Reflexology Meets Nutrition

This is where my work becomes truly unique. I don’t look at reflexology as a standalone service—I use it as a guidance system. What I feel and observe in your feet helps me understand what your body may be asking for on a deeper level.

For example:

  • Patterns in the nervous system → we may look at mineral balance and stress support

  • Digestive reflex sensitivity → we may explore gut health and absorption

  • Signs of dryness or inflammation → we may support essential fats and nutrient intake

  • Blood sugar patterns → we focus on stabilizing energy and metabolic balance

  • Liver-related signs → we support detox pathways gently and intentionally

Reflexology allows us to identify patterns early, often before they become bigger concerns. As highlighted in my educational work, signs on the feet can help us be proactive and may even help prevent future health challenges.

"My mom gave me a gift certificate for a reflexology with Andi. I wasn't expecting to love it, but I did. It was amazing; I liked it even better than a full-body massage! Highly recommend."

"UPDATE: had another reflexology session. Relaxing and healing don't quite do it justice. Seriously wonderful."

What Can You Expect?

During a Reflexology session, Andi will work through specific pressure points on the feet, hands, and sometimes ears to help relieve pain and reduce stress throughout your body. Each point corresponds to different organs, glands, and systems, supporting overall balance and wellness.

At the beginning of your session at Sole Therapy, you’ll begin with a brief health questionnaire, followed by a relaxing warm foot soak. You’ll then rest comfortably on a treatment table for a 45–50 minute session using gentle pressure, lotion, and optional aromatherapy. Fully clothed, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, restored, and more connected to your body.
